Text-To-Speech Library

This library adds Text-To-Speech (aka speech synthesis) capabilities to your application. It uses Microsoft Translator Service to obtain streams of wave-file speaking text in the desired language. There are 44 supported languages, including English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese.
To install Text-To-Speech Library, run the following command in the Package Manager Console
PM> Install-Package TranslatorService.Speech
