To use this package, install the package using NuGet.exe to %LocalAppData%\NuGet\Commands
NuGet.exe Install /ExcludeVersion /OutputDir %LocalAppData%\NuGet\Commands AddConsoleExtension.
To install NuGet Extend, run the following command in the Package Manager Console
PM> Install-Package AddConsoleExtension
