DotNet.Xdt is a .NET Standard 2.0 library for applying XML Document Transformation to files and any other XML-structured text that can be read from (or written to) a .NET Stream.

It is a based on the Microsoft http://xdt.codeplex.com/ code, ported to .NET Standard.

The .NET Core 2.1 global tool dotnet-xdt and project-level tool dotnet-transform-xdt are based on the same code.
