"Software" means source code and/or binary form and/or documentation.
"Package": EFCore.BulkExtensions Software

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE
BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DUAL LICENSE AGREEMENT.

AUTHOR & PUBLISHER provide the Package under the DUAL LICENSE AGREEMENT

Licenses are granted based upon You meeting the qualified criteria as stated.
Once granted, You must reference the granted license only in all documentation.

(1) SOFTWARE is licensed to You under the free community MIT License if:
- You are consuming the PACKAGE for use in software licensed under an Free Open Source license.
- You are consuming the PACKAGE in the capacity of a Non-profit(Non-governmental) Organization or Registered Charity.
- You are consuming the PACKAGE as a For-profit company/individual with less than 1 million USD annual gross revenue.

(2) For all other scenarios, Packages in source code or binary form are licensed to You under the Commercial License which may be purchased by visiting:
