-Fixed a problem where Hostname and Severity Comboboxes duplicated themselves with every new Entry ("Add") and corrected the Labels in the "Add"(New Log)-Window so they are aligned correctly.

-Also added "Cancel" Button to "Add" Window.
-Removed PoD and Severity from "Add"-Window as they are bound to the Devices and will be put to the Database according to the Database Settings.
