1. When prompted, enter your Company Name and Cloudish Api Key (You can get your FREE key at http://www.cloudish.net/).
2. This package will set up your Web or Worker role to install the Cloudish Agent when your instances start up.
3. Simply publish your application to Azure and the Cloudish agent will start collecting performance data.

There are no supported framework assets in this package.
