vlcgen
This tool takes a .vlcdef file representing the VLC to Coded Bits mapping and generates C# serializers from the vlcdef file.
vlcgen <Your VLCDEF file> <Output C# file>
Example:
vlcgen Sample.vlcdef Output.g.cs
