Breaking changes in the CsvTool: The following methods has changed names: FromCsvFile => AddCsvFile, FromCsvStream => AddCsvStream, FromDataTable => AddDataTable, FromExcelFile => AddExcelFile, FromExcelStream => AddExcelStream, FromExpandoObjects => AddExpandoObjects, FromJson => AddJson.
