Version 1.3: FrameLog now supports Entity Framework 6.
For projects targeting earlier versions of Entity Framework (4 and 5), you will
need to use FrameLog 1.2.
1.3.2: Fixed error on build of source in Visual Studio when NuGet is not
on the commandline.
1.3.3: Better exceptions when error is thrown during deferred calculation.
1.3.4: More control over transaction options when invoking FrameLogModule.SaveChanges.
You can now choose the transaction isolation level, and the transaction timeout.
