Package the bootstrap-switch-button as a Blazor UI Component.

Support Blazor Server, Blazor WASM(WebAssembly) and ASP.NET Core Blazor Hybrid.

Installation notes

After install nuget, you must add CSS reference in hosting html file in you project.
