       This is for the private preview of Point in Time restore feature.
       Includes:
   Separating the DatabaseAccountCreateUpdateProperties from DatabaseAccountCreateUpdateParameters.
   DatabaseAccountCreateUpdateProperties has two derived classes: DefaultRequestDatabaseAccountCreateUpdateProperties and RestoreRequestDatabaseAccountCreateUpdateProperties
   RestoreRequestDatabaseAccountCreateUpdateProperties has RestoreParameters object which is used to define:
     - The source account to restore from.
     - The timestamp to restore the source account to.
     - The subset of databases and collections to restore.
   Introducing RestorableDatabaseAccounts, which are the database accounts(live and deleted) which can be source for a restore.
   Adding BackupPolicy to DatabaseAccountCreateUpdateProperties and DatabaseAccountUpdateParameters.
     - Accounts can be created either with ContinuousModeBackupPolicy or PeriodicModeBackupPolicy.
     - The backup interval and backup retention properties for a Periodic backup policy mode accounts can be updated.
