- Updates the profiler / agent to the latest build

- Removes the need for the user needing to add an Application Name. The application name is used to uniquely identify the instrumented app in New Relic. This value will now default from the Web Site Name (which is the APP_POOL_ID environment variable). The values can still be customized in the NewRelic.Config or in your Web.Config

- Adds the ability to put the license key into an environment variable (or App Setting under Configuration >> App Settings in the Windows Azure management portal). The license key can still be added in the NewRelic.Config or in your Web.Config

NOTE: for the BETA, if you are using NuGet 2.5+ please make sure to choose to overwrite (Y) the newrelic.config file with the one that has been provided in this release.
