Users can resize, move, and change the behavior of windows to create a layout that suits various development models.
Document container
If you miss the traditional multiple document interface (MDI) user interface in WPF, the MDI support in our document container framework comes to the rescue. You can also use the tabbed document interface (TDI) framework to build the latest VS 2010-style tabbed document interfaces.
Navigation Pane
The WPF Navigation Pane provides a navigation UI similar to Microsoft Outlook with support to expand and collapse a view using its header. It supports different orientations, multiple expansion modes to work with one or more items in the view, built-in Office-like styles, and more.
Hierarchy Navigator
